Dr Jacquie Copland has been practising radiology since 2003. She uses her extensive experience to support the Otago and Southland communities with their healthcare needs.

Dr Conrad Dobrowolski trained in Canada, practising there for several years before immigrating to New Zealand in 2005. Before becoming a radiologist, he received a PhD in Physics from the University of Toronto for research in Neural Network Theory.

Dr Paul Dukes has been part of our Nelson team since 2007 and is currently Managing Radiologist for the region. After completing his radiology training he worked at Auckland Hospital as part of the interventional team working with the NZ Liver Transplant Unit before completing a stint at Nelson Hospital.

Throughout his career, Paul has gained considerable academic experience. He has been a Senior Lecturer in Anatomy with Radiology at Auckland Medical School and was part of the Auckland FAST Ultrasound Course faculty.

Dr Joe Feltham has 20 years’ experience as a radiologist. In addition to his role with us, Joe also works at Wellington Public Hospital as an interventional radiologist.

Joe is passionate about advances in the field of radiology. He regularly attends, convenes and presents at specialist conferences. He has also been active in the non-clinical side of radiology, previously serving as:

Dr Amy Fong has a keen interest in training the next generation of radiologists. In addition to her role at Pacific Radiology, she teaches an online course for medical students at the Dunedin School of Medicine and has been a RANZCR examiner since 2013.

Assessing the feasibility of using autogenous maxillary bone graft to repair isolated orbital floor fractures: A pilot study using CT measurements (Oral Surgery, 2022)

Automated pneumothorax triaging in chest X-rays in the New Zealand population using deep-learning algorithms (Journal of Medical Imaging and Radiation Oncology (2022)

Dr James Fulton has been part of the Pacific Radiology team since 1995. Originally working with us part time while also holding a consultant position at Dunedin Hospital (1993 - 2016), James joined Pacific Radiology full time in 2016. Currently based in our Otago / Southland region, James also spent 6 months working for our Anytime division in London.

James has an active interest in research. He was involved in the Dunedin Multidisciplinary Health and Disability Study (DMHDS) with the latest iteration involving Structural and Functional MRI scanning of the cohort from 2016 until 2019. 

His most recent publication is as a co-author of a paper on surgical repair of a meningoencephalocoele in a kakapo (Strigops habroptilus).

James was a member of the Pacific Radiology Board from 2010 to 2016.

Dr Kevin Gilbert has more than 35 years' experience as a radiologist. He introduced MRI to the Waikato, helping set up both hospital and private MRI services. He is founding director of a clinic providing Musculoskeletal Imaging in New Zealand and is highly skilled in MRI Imaging.

Dr Tony Goh's career spans more than 20 years in both public hospital radiology and private radiology. Tony is a lead radiologist regularly presenting at clinical radiology and multidisciplinary meetings at Christchurch Public Hospital.

In his role as a senior lecturer at University of Otago's Christchurch campus, he enjoys teaching and training new radiologists and is also involved in clinical research.
